TERMS
We are registered as self employed declare all of our earnings to the tax office.
We have all the relevant insurances.
Public Liability Insurance which covers our business for damages and any other related legal fees that may occur however we do not take responsibility for injury cause to any members of the public who act in an irresponsible manner.
It is a legal requirement to have Public Liability cover of £1m however we have opted to have a minimum cover of £2m.
We are now fully PAT tested so all our equipment is safety checked and safe to use.
Pro-dub licence covers us to make digital copies of our music for professional use including remixes.
Please be aware that whilst we are always happy to be flexible and go with the flow whilst working, due to some previous incidents we have had to introduce some basic terms and conditions, which are:
1) If we are asked to play songs with explicit lyrics whilst children are present, we will politely refuse.
2) If we receive any serious verbal abuse we will report this to you, or whoever is in charge on the evening. If the abuse does not stop, we will pack up and leave. (Abuse does not include banter of any kind)
3) If we receive any threats of violence, or if we are physically attacked, we reserve the right to pack up and leave at any time. If a threat is serious enough for us to leave early, it will be reported to the Police.
We reserve the right to decline any booking with appropriate notice if booking details change.
These conditions are now printed on every confirmation letter we send, and are in no way aimed at any individuals, groups, clubs or venues.
Payment can be made at time of booking or on the day of the required entertainment. We do not normally ask for a deposit but are happy to take one if the customer wishes.
We will always send a confirmation email or letter on headed paper and supply a receipt after payment.
Payment can be cash, cheque or BACS.
Cash is our prefered method but understand that most business we supply need to use cheques or BACS.
All cheques should be made payable to either MR A TUGWELL or MR P CHARLES. BACS details available on request.
All cheques will be prosessed within 3 weeks of receipt.

GDPR
Over the years A and P ENTERTAINMENT has recorded its events and press releases in photographs that are not only held by us in paper format but also videos and photos stored on our website, and published on Facebook It would be too difficult to discover who everyone is especially in crowd photos and write to them individually to say that under the new GDPR legislation they have the right to request removal of those photos. However if they feel there has been an invasion of privacy, or simply wish said item to be removed please feel free to get in touch .
Please could anyone who has attended our events or have enjoyed parties or singalongs check our A and P ENTERTAINMENT facebook or our website and our associated page Donna frock superstar to see if we hold photos of you.
If you wish your image be removed would you please email me on philipcharles1980@gmail.com and identify the photo and event and I will either crop the photo, or if it's just a shot of you alone remove it.
PLEASE NOTE BEFORE PHOTOS ARE TAKEN at future events permission will be asked and information given as to where photos will be published.
